Important Conditions

Do not accept any package that appears tampered or damaged by the courier

Record a clear video while opening the package as proof

Do not break the product seal if you have doubts about authenticity

Once the seal is broken, returns or replacements will not be accepted

Claims without proper proof such as images and unboxing video will not be considered
If You Receive a Damaged or Wrong Product
If you receive a damaged product or an incorrect item, please email the following details to:

Image showing the product batch number

Images of the product received

Copy of the invoice

Once we receive your complaint, we will investigate and respond within 2 to 3 business days.
Important
You must raise the concern within 3 days of delivery, as confirmed by courier tracking records.
If the Courier Package Is Damaged at Delivery
In rare cases of visible transport damage:

If the outer carton appears damaged or tampered, reject the package at delivery
