Order Processing

Orders are usually shipped within 24 hours of confirmation.
Orders placed before 3 PM on working days are shipped the same day.
Prepaid orders are given priority.
All shipments are sent through IndiaPost.
Free shipping is available on all prepaid orders.

Transit time depends on your location and selected shipping method.

Please note that delivery may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control such as natural events, weather conditions, festivals, or other unforeseen situations.

Order Cancellation

You can cancel your order before it is dispatched.

Once the order has been shipped or is in transit, cancellation is not possible.

Refund Timeline

For eligible cancellations or approved refund cases:

Refunds are processed within 3 to 5 business days after approval.
Once initiated from our end, your bank may take additional business days to reflect the amount in your account.
